Agreement

By accessing or using Rich from Section 8, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Rich from Section 8 provides software tools for real estate investors to research markets, analyze HUD Fair Market Rent data, explore listings, and underwrite potential Section 8 rental deals. We do not broker real estate transactions, provide legal advice, or guarantee investment outcomes.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Access to the platform requires an active paid subscription unless we explicitly grant complimentary access.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price shown at checkout.
  • You may cancel anytime through your billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

Not financial or legal advice

All data, estimates, cash flow projections, deal scores, and market summaries are for informational purposes only. Numbers may differ from actual HUD payments, mortgage terms, operating costs, or local program rules. Consult licensed professionals before making investment decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials or resell access to the platform
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse our APIs or third-party data feeds
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others
  • Attempt to bypass subscription or access controls

Third-party data and listings

Property listings, photos, and some market data come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of that data. Listings may change or be removed without notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich from Section 8 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or investment losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
